Diverse Project Consultants was founded in July 2009 by Patricia Ortiz, PE and Ernest Warzecha with the goal of providing truly integrated and collaborative engineering design and construction services. The "DPC" of Diverse Project Consultants reflects the "DPC" project stages we provide services for: design, procurement, construction.

Why diverse?
Civil works projects today often require various specialties and expertise. Diverse Project Consultants' staff have specialized expertise in a number of specific engineering and construction fields along with a broad project experiential base which enables us to competently and efficiently bridge between the different specialists.
