Patricia (Patty) Ortiz, PE is the managing member of Diverse Project Consultants, LLC. A registered Professional Engineer in Colorado for over 27 years, her civil engineering and construction experience ranges from land development for master communities to water reservoir dams and pipelines for public utilities, from construction observation of CDOT projects for PE certification to participation on US Bureau of Reclamation value engineering study teams, from assisting homeowners associations with warranty construction repair to providing oversight for metropolitan district design and construction.
 
Ernest (Ernie) Warzecha is co-owner of Diverse Project Consultants, LLC. With over 29 years experience as a senior land development construction manager, his construction expertise extends from providing capital budgets and construction strategization at a project's inception through constructability design reviews to all aspects of infrastructure and support facilities construction to project acceptance and maintenance.
